Must be iron or steel armor plated to look like gold or brass. I always assumed it was brass. Go figger. |

^^^Brass is near useless in making weapons and armor. Ponies ave metalworking so obviously they can get steel armor. Is the besttype of armoryou can get till someoe invents eficcient firearms. |

I know that brass is springy and malleable compared to steel. That's why it's superior for cartridge cases and shitty for armor.
I knew that, but assumed armor was brass because ponies like to fuck logic. |
