Sleeping naked is nice on occasion, but generally I don't much care for it. First of all, if the weather is cold then it's no fun getting out of bed and feeling cold air all over your naked skin. Secondly, if you're in college and people are constantly dropping by at odd hours, it's inconvinient and potentially embarassing if you have to dress yourself every time someone knocks on your door, and it's not even an option if you have to share a room with someone.
It is nice to give your body a chance to breathe once in a while, and it's nice to occasionally get relief from having fabric chafe around your waist all the time. Still, I like my PJs way too much to ever give them up completely, and sometimes I even sleep wearing a hat if the weather is cold enough (which is also a great way to prevent bed-head). |
