I don't get the appeal to black Twilight. I'm okay with it, of course, all the ponies are ambiguously coloured and I really enjoy a thoughtful humanisation, but why always Twilight, specifically? |

It works with her color scheme. What other reason do you need? People keep trying to put a reason behind it of race, and all those reasons are grounded entirely in racism. "Why make X pony Y race? X pony doesnt act/sound/smell like Y race!" and people don't understand how horrible they're being. |

I didn't mean to put emphasis on it, and I tried to imply that I don't mind at all, but I just find it interesting that Twilight is made black, being that "ponies should be white" is generally what many people expect; I'm not saying I agree, or that it's wrong to decide on a non-white race when converting ponies to our world. I'm sorry I appeared to be a racist cunt, so have Ringo.
