I actually agree with that. I mean, I really don't see any of the mane 6 as being black, and no, Im not being racist when I say that, I just dont see it. It's all really just ultra political correctness, which in itself can suck my left testicle (political correctness, not black people). |

@ Sekel: According to you being critical of oppression is the same as being a bigot (Islamic imagery) and apparently you don't understand that the whole point of Tags is to help people find what they want to see, not what you think they should have to see.
I'm really fucking sick of the constant forced-as-fuck "diversifying" of characters too and that whenever someone says so retards scream "racist" or "sexist". Way to make those words mean NOTHING any more. Yeah, not wanting the Doctor in Doctor Who to suddenly regenerate as a Ghanian woman, as some people seem to hope for, is totally racisexist of me, it's not just that it would be fucking retarded and probably ruin the show. |

Skipta, I'm going to politely ask you to please take your head out of your ass and listen for a second. My issue here is not, "Everyone needs to be diverse and cultured or else they're racist assholes," it's this repulsive attitude among some people here that "Being diverse, or something seemly diverse automatically means you're just forcing it or trying to be being political correct, and that that act of 'being different' needs to labeled and filtered out from the other stuff because I don't want to see others being different." It's that attitude that disgusts me. What happened to just enjoying pictures for the sake of enjoying pictures? Instead, we all complain that "the artist is just trying to shove something cultured down our throats for the sake of seeming cultured, or being different to spite us. It's not like they drew it simply because they enjoy drawing from their creative perspective or style, it's simply a trend." |

I always thought this was going to be the generation that moved past racism and sexism and homophobia and left all that stuff behind, that grew beyond it.
But Reddit and other shitholes are still full of sexist humor, people still defend homophobia, and even in something as lighthearted as ponies people will still flip their shit if someone just decides to draw Twilight with dark skin. |
