While a Frost Phoenix (or whatever s/he's suppoed to be) is kinda cool, I think I prefer the one with Bacardi becoming Luna's pet.

The ice phoenix; covered in a cold fire that does not burn, the ice phoenix is one of nature's greatest enigmas (even moreso than the standard phoenix). Princess Luna's, Vespera, is one of the last known of its kind in existence. They are kind-hearted by nature, and stories tell of ponies that have found themselves lost in the far north reaches of Equestria being guided to safety and protected from the elements by an ice phoenix. |
