And now it's time for Bum Reviews with Chester A. Bum.
Tonight's Review: My Little Pony, Family Appreciation Day. OOOOH MY GOD THIS IS THE GREATEST EPISODE I'VE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE! My Little SPOILERS! There's this old mare, named Granny Smith! And she is one CRAAAAAZY WOMAN! She made -me- feel like I had a normal upbringing! She dresses up in a bunny suit and hops around singing the ABCs, Talks to the bees as if they can understand her, and paints random circles on the inside of her house! And it's all in preparation for making marmalade out of these weird apples called Zap Apples! Which I think are made of whatever lightning that we saw being used in the Eragon movie that made that dragon grow! I always knew that movie was a precursor to My Little Pony! It made about as much sense for existing as G 3.5! But I digress. So it turns out that Granny Smith is teaching Apple Bloom how to make the marmalade! And Apple Bloom is like: "Cool!" But then Diamond Tiara and her dad come by, because it turns out that the dad is their biggest buyer of Zap Apple marmalade! And Diamond Tiara is like: "Like, wow, aren't you, like, embarrassed that Granny Smith does all these, like, crazy stupid things in public?" And Apple Bloom is like: "I never thought of that before... oh sh**." So Granny Smith proceeds to embarrass Apple Bloom day in and day out! And then at school, it's Apple Bloom's turn to bring a family member to school next week to talk to the class about what they do! And Apple Bloom is like: "Oh no! Applejack and Big Macintosh can't make it that day, so I'll have to be embarrassed by Granny Smith!" But then her friends are like: "Don't worry! We'll figure out a way to not have Granny Smith show up!" So they try everything they can think of! Faking sick, Trying to do the work for Big Mac and Applejack so one of them can make it, And pretending to have Granny Smith tell the teacher she can't make it! I've done all those things, once! It helped me escape from prison! But when all that fails, Apple Bloom settles on trying to make Granny run off on a train! But just when it seems Granny Smith won't show up, she suddenly does! Apple Bloom and the CMCs brace for the worst! Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon prepare to laugh! And Granny Smith tells this big, epic story about how she helped found Ponyville with the help of her weird ways of making Zap Apple Marmalade! And when she's done, the class is like: -jawdrop, followed by Citizen Kane applause- So the next day, everypony in the class is willing to help jump around in bunny suits and sing to the water with Granny Smith! All except Diamond Tiara, who's forced to do so by her dad. The End! So this was a really cool episode! And it gave me more fire fuel for my box: some Origins of Ponyville fanfics! This is Chester A. Bum saying, CHANGE! YA GOT CHANGE? Ah come on, help a guy out, will ya? Come on, change! Come on, I promise I'll use it to buy some Zap Apple Marmalade and support the Apple family! |
