@ PowerToole:

Steelers lost to the Broncos yesterday. Steelers were heavily in favor of winning the game due to the season record, but Broncos beat the Steelers and shocked many football fans in the process.

Oh. Thanks.
That's not football, though. That's a degenerate form of rugby for pussies who need armour. It's really cute.

That was the best game all year.

Let's just get this out of the way:

Are we all routing for the Broncos because their mascot is a horse?

I'm not rooting for anyone. Maybe for the Houston Texans since they're the only team left I don't have an axe to grind with. I could root for the Patriots but they've got enough damn rings already.

I am definitely rooting for the Patriots this weekend though. They need to put an end to this Tebow faggotry. For a "man of God" he sure seems to have the devil's luck.

Rooting for Tebow and the Broncos as my Eagles had a disappointing season. Though I'd rather anyone but the Ravens Giants and Patriots to win the whole thing.

Grats to Tebow, ballsy play calling helped out big time though.

As a realist though, the Tebow train will derail next week against the Pats just like it did during the reg season. Tebow secured his job for next season with that win.

You sure about that? In that loss that was Tebow's best game prior to his game last night. And before the Broncos fell apart in the 2nd qtr they were inflicting their will on the Patriots running wild for almost 200 yards.

Foxborough + Brady + Playoff game= Bad news for any opponent.

I will be watching out for a very aggressive Denver D however, after 2007, every one figured out that unrelenting pass rush can and will unhinge Brady that said...34-21 NE. Ravens are a much better equipped team to challenge the #1 seed this year.

While Brady+Belichek+and home field advantage are some thing to be feared do keep in mind the Pats haven't won a postseason game since 2008. Not that that certain stat has any importance just something of note.

But if the Broncos get their running game along with a play action pass going...look out. Though the last thing they want to do is get in a shoot out with Brady because they simply aren't equipped to handle it.

This game will be decided on the Broncos Secondary vs Brady. If Brian Dawkins is healthy expect a better effort out of the backend for the Broncos.

AFC is a wash this year though. The Saints or the Packers will win the show from what it looks like.

PS: The Saints are playing right now like I've never seen before.

Agreed Battle. The determining factor in this game will be Brady VS Denver D rather than Tebow VS NE D.

AFC is kinda crazy this year. I know you said the Ravens are equipped to take down the Pats. Yet they've been woefully inconsistent when it comes to playing teams this year.

The NFC certainly looking strong. But the Packers need to have those defensive issues taken care of or else they will be in trouble. Yet their home field advantage of lambeau should take care of that.

The Giants head into lambeau with a chance to repeat what they did a few years ago with their run in 08. But I don't think that pass rush is going to be enough this year.

The Giants will definitely not lay down for the Pack, it will be a competitive game from both sides of the ball. A field goal will advance GB to the NFC Championship game. 31-28 GB.

Now what I'm really looking forward to is this years "dark horse" 49ers going up against New Orleans. Looks like it will be a unstoppable force vs immovable object type contest that will boil down to who can figure out the other first.

Going with the Saints even though the they are away from home. Given the proper time Drew Brees can pick apart any defense.

^ I will have to agree with that. Brees is a beast this year.

Well that has been the NFL Brony hour with BattleGT and Hellfire for this week. Stay tuned next week for more insider NFL brony talk and previews of both the AFC and NFC Championship games.
