No reason she has to be scared to want to cuddle up with them.

one of the upcoming episode is about their two kids granted I suppose Pinkie came along BEFORE their kids did, but they do have children. There's no "aw dang we're middle aged and sterile" backstory going on. |

I love the idea that this is how Pinkie and the Cakes get along - sort of a 'child they never had'. Even if they have children, the idea that as a couple they're that sympathetic to a girl who's moved out and doesn't see her family much any more is pretty warming. |
