These are my more realistic interpretations of the my little pony gals, in an AU fic that I am sort of writing with a friend of mine, if she'd ever get on gmail :\ They're all in college together, and also in a band together. Starting from left to right, Name: Dawn Midnight Nickname: Twilight Age: 19 Height: 5'11'' Band Position: band manager College Major: political science Twilight was forced into getting highlights by her friends in the spirit of their band. She is half African American and half Caucasian. She is a woman of science, but that does not stop her from becoming self conscious about her less than womanly figure once in a blue moon. Name: Jackie Apple Nickname: AJ Age: 18 Height: 5'10'' Band Position: bass guitar College Major: Agricultural science AJ works on her family's apple orchard, and is a very good little southern girl. She's never had to deal with the affections of boys all the time, mostly because they're far too afraid of her. It doesn't happen often, but sometimes she feels as though people forget that she is a woman. Name: Ruth Jewel Nickname: Rarity Age: 20 Height: 6'3'' (without heels) Band Position: band stylist/singer College Major: fashion As the band stylist, Rarity goes to great lengths to make everyone look spectacular. She didn't actually dye her hair, it's in fact an extension that is weaved in. She would never damage her hair with such harsh chemicals. Name: Shyanne Flutter Nickname: Fluttershy Age: 18 Height: 5'9'' Band Position: keyboardist College Major: zoology Fluttershy's hair is far too fragile to be dyed, even if she wanted to for the band. She's all around fragile, in fact, and terrified of most everything. She's in fact a post-op transsexual (top surgery only so far) and her friends avidly support her. Name: Dianne Pye Nickname: Pinkie Age: 18 Height: 5'4'' Band Position: singer and lead guitarist College Major: culinary (pastry) arts Pinkie is obsessed with the culinary arts and because of it, she is slightly overweight. She would undoubtedly be more so if it weren't slightly balanced by her hyperactivity, which is caused by the sweets she eats. She dyed her hair bright pink for the band, but she's a natural blonde. Name: Riley Rayne Nickname: Dash Age: 19 Height: 6'0'' Band Position: drummer College Major: professional roller derby Dash is of Native-American descent, and is very proud of that fact. She's also obsessed with the roller derby and all things that come involved with it. |
