Using a rainbow-colored pony is not exactly a good way to show masculinity, not because it isnt really girl, its just a character of a tv program, but because everyone else think it IS girly. Fucktards. |

I know this is an older post, but i feel something should be addressed. Its not uncommon at all for people to identify with fictional characters, thats one of the purposes of them. Most characters represent either an ideal or a form, which is the part that you identify with. Many times its a moral or character trait thats personified within the character itself. This has been a normal thing since the dawn of fiction and it shows that a character is well written when people identify with it. And all the ponies represent many traits that are beneficial irl, hell thats the whole blasted premise behind the elements of harmony. If you can't identify with the character, then you really can't see the message that character was created to promote. |
