Good. Derpy works as an *occasional* easter egg. Having her in every episode just ruins the joke, and makes it as boring and predictable as "killing Kenny" became on South Park. |

^Well, when episode 12 is the first episode she hasn't appeared in, I wouldn't call it "occasional"...but even so, comparing it to killing Kenny every episode is kind of silly considering it wasn't just an animation gag, but an actual thing with dialogue that happened every episode. That's what killed it; the attention brought to it every time.
Think of it more like the black cat from Trigun; Kuroneko appeared in every episode, and it didn't kill the joke at all. :D |
