It's not that, it's the fact that it's silly without a cause.
I might be biased, the jury's still out on that one, but my personal favorite in terms of pony abridged series is Camaraderie is Supernatural, because while it did start off with the first two episodes it did it in a way that didn't make me groan, interspersed jokes here and there, and most importantly, kept the character changes to a minimum. I watch pony things for the characters I already love, not for a cult leader wearing a Fluttershy costume. A good abridged series needs to be built off of what made the original great (see Yugioh and DBZ Abrdiged), and I see nothing of the original in Witchcraft. |

Don't get me wrong, I appreciate the effort they put into it as much as you do! Especially the fact that 90% of the voices are done by one character.
I just really don't like how they've taken the characters and warped them past the point of recognition. |

The series is certainly amusing, well acted, and the production values are great, but I wouldn't say it's funny. Most of the jokes just fall flat. |

I find the series because the characters are such exaggerations of the originals' worst attributes. That being said, there is no reason that everyone has to like the same things! No reason to hate on others' opinions like that. |

I won't deny the amount of work that must've went into FiW, but the jokes just don't exactly do anything for me. Which is disappointing, since I feel like I get more laughs-per-minute just watching the unedited original show. With that said, I must concede that Sweetie Bot is brilliant. |
