I would say Doctor Whooves/Whoof, but even if they do that they wouldn't go with the Doctor Who motiff..so, I would go with Derpy, Octavia, and Carrot Top. |

And I'd want it to be taking place during a previous episode, showing what they were doing as the Mane 6 did something else. Shenanigans where they actually caused the events of that episode to happen, that kind of thing. |
