The one I believe has more chances of being lesbian is Fluttershy, but I feel very tempted to say that Twilight is at least bi-curious.
As far as canon goes, their standard orientation should be either straight or unknown. Just because their orientations were never stated doesn't mean they don't have one. |

I mean seriously, your argument is "she looks gay, she's a girl that likes sports (No straight girl is EVER into sports,) and her friend might be gay for her so she MUST be gay!" Then again, this "Twilight must be gay" argument is only based off the stereotype of that quiet introverted loner that's harboring latent homosexual feelings, so this argument isn't much better.
