Just to clarify: Breaking the Fourth Wall isn't just looking towards the audience (or Camera once you get away from theater), it's when you address the audience. It's when you go meta by characters realizing they are on display to you. Point of View styles don't break the Fourth Wall.
Like PeepShow with David Mitchell and Robert Webb: You see it from their perspectives and hear their thoughts, but they're never directed at you as an audience. Where-as things like Pinkie Pie climbing out of her own universe "Looney Toons"-style during the fadeout-circle definitely does put a wrecking-ball into that sucker. :) |
