What I can't understand is why you have to use it only in boss battles, making them the opposite of fun.

If you play the game using a GameShark, there's a code that allows you to use that mask anywhere in the game. It's a bit strange, though, because you end up being as tall as (or taller than) most characters in the game |

There's a glitch that allows it without gameshark, but I forgot it (and I bet most of you will just download the ROM anyways...)
Mostly, it was prolly a reverse trap; giving up all your hard-earned masks, for reasons that you shouldn't know yet (unless you read gamefaqs, you cheater) was prolly a deterrent from any blind-run players getting it the first time. |

Using the Deity Mask during the Keifu mask-rescue event allows you to wear it for the rest of the last day :D and yeah, he's HUGELY tall lol |
