I'm not sure how anyone other than Twilight would react to SOPA/PIPA. It's just too foreign.
Twilight would, however, be pretty outraged. |

Not sure about our friendly neighborhood pegasi. Fluttershy would probably either abstain or go along with her friends. Dash would either not care, or say "buck that noise" on account of her tumblr.
Rarity, as owner of a small local business in a field known for large amounts of internal drama and backstabbing, would likely see right through it as something to put crosshairs on her flanks. Applejack would probably support it at first, taking it at face value and not knowing of the technical issues and conspiracy. Once explained by Twilight though, hell hath no fury like an Element of Honesty scorned. |

No SOPA/PIPA bills.
In Spain, a similar law called "Ley Sinde" was approved in December 30th, 2011. And this law vulnerates the recently vulnerated 1978 Spanish Constitution. I DAMN THE SPANISH POLITICAL CLASS!! ¡¡YO MALDIGO A LA CLASE POLÍTICA!! JO MALEEIXO A LA CLASSE POLÍTICA!! |
