You could browse the tags for hours :D |

3DS can't load the tag list, it's too big. That's why I'm asking about it here. Short of abusing Google, it's not possible to do anything here but go through each page to find something. |

The search field seems to use normal HTML form with post, and that is the most reliable and widely supported way to do posting. If that does not work, then there's nothing you can do. |

@JP The problem is that there is no "enter" feature. If you don't have an enter key, or your mobile browser is not equipped with an "auto-enter" type of feature (like the 3DS browser), you cannot use the search feature. Whether or not it is a common HTML or not is immaterial. The point is not that the 3DS can't handle the search feature (it most likely can) or that it cannot enter text into the search field (it can) it is that there is no mechanism to activate the search algorithm that the 3DS can use. |

As a 3DS user myself, I think this is a fantastic idea. |

829588: Oh, my bad then. Sorry, I've never used a 3DS. |

To make things clear:
3DS can: Upload and post images from itself, view images, do simple site navigation, access pretty much any feature of this website such as changing image filters or user filter settings and logging in. 3DS can't: do a simple search of images (because there isn't a simple "Go," "Search," or "OK" button) or look at the tag list (because there are too many tags for it to handle at once/too much text size code). |

I have this same issue with my phone browser, but it never occurred to me to make a horrible MSPaint image to mention it.
Damn. |

I personally think its beautiful |

PSPuser here: When I've wanted to search something, I've had to type the tags directly into the URL itself.
A button would be fine, too, since most boorus have the search button that works with even PSPs |

I use my phone a lot and I'm okay with the idea, but there are work arounds.
http://www.ponibooru.org/post/list/ ^Everything stems from that, with the exception of individual images and PMs. So, if say you wanted to search for a certain page, you'd use: http://www.ponibooru.org/post/list/12 And the same applies for tags, too: http://www.ponibooru.org/post/list/Sweetie_Belle/1 http://www.ponibooru.org/post/list/snow/1 http://www.ponibooru.org/post/list/Artist:crappyunicorn/1 And they can be refined: http://www.ponibooru.org/post/list/Cheerilee+Berry_Punch/1 http://www.ponibooru.org/post/list/Nightmare_Moon+Celestia/1 http://www.ponibooru.org/post/list/Sweetie_Belle-Sweetiepoo/1 This also works for comments: http://www.ponibooru.org/post/list/commented_by=Eco/1 After that, there's different options: http://www.ponibooru.org/comment/list/5 http://www.ponibooru.org/pm/read/* http://www.ponibooru.org/post/view/10000 So if we don't get a button, there's still ways to surf. *You have to add a number here, but only ones your account (if you have one) can access. This is useful for bookmarking certain PMs without having to wait for the "My Account" page to load. |

Same problem on my Android phone. |
| Anonymous #830626 6 months ago |
@Karados The image was made with a simple 3DS program for game notes that was converted into a JPG on the 3DS and uploaded directly from the 3DS to this site. MS Paint had absolutely NOTHING to do with it. The horribleness is from my bad "handwriting" on a small screen. |
