"But we love each other" "OK, it's all good." Relationships built around passion never last, because that part of the relationship eventually dies out. If you don't have a solid foundation of shared interests and values, then once the passion in the relationship dries up there's not going to be anything left to keep it together. I find it ironic that what started off as a joke is now taken so seriously by so many fans. Before the shippers started going crazy at them, the fanon consensus was that Octavia and Vinyl Scratch don't get along and that they don't like each others' music. Then, somepony had to go and make an angry sex clopfic about them... |
