Well, it depends who's move it is. If X started the game, then it's his turn now, and if he puts X in lower right or middle right, he won. If O started the game, then yes, it's a draw.

Goddammit, O, you should know that the side square are weaker than the corners. The center has four victories running through it, the corners each have three, and the side squares have two. Why would you ever play on a side square unless you had to??? |
