When I read that explination it reminded me of Nostalgia Chick's review of "My Little Pony" the cartoon not reflecting at all how the toys were actually being played with by girls older than like five. |

G1's cartoon was about monsters more then ponies. The ponies just screamed and needed to be rescued by Megan. Fine, some weren't kidnapped, but those girls just played Bridge Bunny to Megan, Danny, and Molly, the real heroes. |
