A sex toy gift can be be used to embarass people really well, especially in context. Say maybe there'd been some running joke about Applebloom having a crush on Spike, her getting a 'dragon dildo' would obviously be very embarassing. Context could also reverse that though (if you have a crush on someone, don't send them a moulded dildo of your penis).
