I've never seen a talk-show host interview an animated character. Shouldn't be hard with a greenscreen. I'm surprised it isn't done more often.
I suppose not many of the audiences overlap. |

A great part of Leno's audience are senior citizens (not quite as lol'able as The Price is Right in this regard, but still), so I doubt there'd be enough overlap with people who know who Pinkie is to make it very worthwhile (or funny).
Maybe if she appeared on Conan. |

I remember some sketch on "Alf" where he and the family he was with were intrerviewed. However, that was a dream. |

There have been a few Top Ten's with Lettermen with Peter Griffon and Homer Simpson but that's all I can mention. |
