@ Alternating Futa isn't very specific... Hermaphrodite means both sets of genitalia. |

Hmmm, perhaps i am simply frequenting a different part of the internet. Most works I see with the futanari label possess hemaphroditic females, or are otherwise labeled with 'Shemale' if they do not posses the second set. |

Futanari is Japanese for "hermaphrodite". Literally "two forms". There's no difference. |

Futanari is more of a catchall term. It's not necessarily specific to one kind. You can have a futanari with a penis, vagina and no balls ("dickgirl"), a futanari with a penis, balls and no vagina ("newhalf" or "shemale"), or a futanari with a penis, balls and a vagina (hermaphrodite). |
