Everypony chill the buck out, and let's change our perception of this weird-looking foal design!
Let's say that normals foals are capable of walking within hours of birth, and don't need diapers, and foals like the one in this image are prematurely-born foals who haven't developed the muscle strength to walk on their own yet. How about that? |
