That assumes the sperm in the semen is still alive, which it wouldn't be, that Derpy was ovulating at the time, that there arent non surgical abortion methods in Equestria (hell we have them and we don't even have unicorns), that snip's squigglers would be smart enough to even float upstream, and that this isn't where Dinky came from in the first place.
