Not really as it said later my headcannon for Celestia and Luna being made is that Discord took two sisters. Celestia a pegasus (her sun cutie mark means "making sunny days") and Luna an unicorn (a moon rasing unicorn) and turned them into alicorns as a way to show how he controls the ponies two symbols of unity (thus Choas > Harmorny) also he though it would be funny |

It would make more sense that Celestia would control the Earth' rotation, it would just make it look like she controls the sun. Correct me if I'm wrong. |
