I started lurking Ponibooru back when there was 350 pages. I checked every single page the first day, and checked every page ever since. So I have now watched 8204 pages of pony images. No filter on at all. |

You can always sacrifice a new born lamb to the Ponibooru Gods of the Furthest Ring and hope they are in a good mood
or relax because it's going to happen anyways |

I remember not coming on for around 4 days, I had over 200 pages to contend with. |

Do what I do.
Ignore it and just search for the stuff you like. It's waaaaaaaay less stressful. |

You think that's bad? I was offline for a couple weeks around Thanksgiving. I came back to over 8000 new uploads. Took me a couple days to go through and download all the good stuff. |

I was out for two weeks, I came back and went through ALL the pages. It was around 650 I believe.
When I was done for the day I made a little desktop sticky note as to what page I was on and just continued from that page until I was all caught up. |

I know that feel. I'm actually catching up right now. |

Fuck you. I'm going to sea on deployment in two weeks, and I'll be gone for six months. At an avredge of 20 pages a day, I'll have 3600 pages to view in my return. |

I switched to Firefox Aurora. It's surprising stable under heavy memory loads. You can tab-open hundreds and it won't choke. Images are loaded when you switch to the page. It still chokes on overloaded 56K_killer pages though. Post >>100000 is a very good "overload" test. It lets you reload pages open when it crashed, so you don't have to start all over again. |
