It's a nod to FO2, when Chosen One visits the NCR capital (formerly Shady Sands) they will come across a LARGE statue of the Vault Dweller from the first game. It just goes to show that even the children of all the people the Vault Dweller saved still remembers him/her for their great deeds. |
