Technically, going by show canon Spike isn't that much younger than Twilight. He's still a baby by dragon standards, but having been raised around ponies, he has matured -mentally, at least- roughly to scale with a pony. So it wouldn't be that weird. |

Ages were never established on the show. Only Twi and Fluttershy ever called Spike a baby dragon and we all know they're experts when it comes to Equestrian dragons. |

He's around 10-15 Rarities in her low to mid twenties since I think Lauren Faust called them "young adults with 12-18 year old maturity"

I just thought of something. If a man uses Spike's bad pick up on a woman in lines in real life, that man is likely gonna get smacked in the face by the woman.
In the episode, Spike destroyed Ponyville, stole stuff and flailed Rarity from his tail yet he was never punished and even got kissed by the girl. So yeah, its funny that this really DOES NOT WORK in real life. |
