^ No, there's more to it than that. But a lot of people hate this fic, mainly for how insanely popular it's become despite its only average quality.
Basically, the black filly is the reincarnation of Nightmare Moon. Twilight raises her like a daughter, but other ponies fear her since she's sorta made of evil. At one point, Celestia gets sick of the bullshit and locks Nyx up in the forbidden room where she used to keep the Elements. |

^^^Oh, don't even get started on that. The haters will claim that every aspect is horrendous and the more enthusiastic fans will deny any flaws.
Personally, I found the writing for the first ten chapters to be absolutely magnificent, but after that it sort of lost momentum (though was still quite a decent read). |

I agree with WatermelonRat. The first 8 chapters were just fine and pretty interesting to read, afterwards it was...hm, not as good as before to say it nicely.
Still it is written better than many other fics though i admit the ending made me headdesk. Guess everyone has to read it her/himself and decide for him/herself if its good or not. One thing though, this fic is good, but no masterpiece. That´s i´m sure off. |

I'm not one to hate on this fic (which I readed and left me feeling indifferent) but...
Dayum that Nyx looks horrid! >_> A shame because the rest of the picture is really really good (except for Nyx it perfectly manages to capture what is one of the most heartwrenching scenes in the fic). |

No you aren't you have been simply asserting your position that she is the worst thing ever and whoever likes her is stupid and you are greater than said fans because you don't like her. I don't have a problem with people with stating their opinions on things but when they do so on a consistent basis spouting the same thing over and over again it gets annoying. We get you don't like Nyx. But there is no need to say it on almost every damn picture.
I'd probably be saying the same thing for people who were doing the converse but regardless. Either find some new material to troll or shutup. |
