That would be Gen 3.5, or as I like to call it, the thing that the government uses for tort- I mean interrogation since waterboarding is considered torture.

OK, first things first, this is not how the uncanny valley works so go educate yourselves (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FKTAJBQSm10&list=UUZdeTNJjBFMnImFBRYyfi0g&index=9&feature=plcp 1:40-2:10 in particular)

second, with proper usage of the uncanny valley in mind, basically every image you put right of the valley, as well as the one on the left slope, would more accurately go inbetween G3(?) and G4 Pinkie following the same order they have now with the humanization being very close/in the same space as G4 pinkie but for different reasons. this is because, assuming all these images are moving towards the goal of human simulation, then all of those images share a similar point on the graph of being noticeably not human (the anthro images, and ponies for obvious reason, the humanization via extreme stylization) but being SUBJECTIVELY pleasing.

the two remaining images (nightmare fuel and toy) also belong in this same space as they are still not even remotely accurate representations of a human (both have hooves and other marks of equine anatomy) they are just either by intention (nightmare fuel) or stupidity(toy) not endearing in their non-humaneness.

well hope you all learned something

As already commented, this is not what uncanny valley means, however there is makings of a 'ponification valley' theory.
Lets say the curve represents acceptability of ponification:
- Adjust the curve so that the real pony is on the same level with Pinkie and anime chick,
- remove that 'Oh god why' image,
- add an attractive cosplayer to the right end of the curve.

I hypothesise that a real pony, FIM pony, anime chick and a cute cosplayer are all more or less equally acceptable, while versions between FIM and anime form a 'ponification valley' of horror.

I kinda like it from an arty perspective. Yes, it's terrifying, and no I can't fap to this.

that is not at all what the Uncanny Valley is.
The Uncanny Valley is when something unreal looks so real yes something about it makes it look strange. possibly because our brain realises it's not real even though our eyes are telling us it looks like it.
