AJ vs. Dash is on my list of must-see showdowns.
Then again, so is Twi/AJ/Dash vs. Rarity/Pinkie/Fluttershy in a pickup football game, with Luna coaching the first team and Celestia coaching the other. |

And that >>97323 pic you brought up, yeah, that pic was more them sparring, not really in a match, since I thought a match between them wouldn't work, but as I thought about it and surfed the internet bout it, I really would like a pic of them boxing to come to frutition. And CallMeAl, is the second must see showdown, essentially "tomboyish girls (although YMMV where Twilight Sparkle is "tomboyish") vs. "feminine girls". And Luna is the "tomboyish girl" [is intrested in scary things, is a bit scary herself], and Celestia is the "feminine girl". Am I right or am I wrong? |

I guess you could call it that. It was more of a physical vs. mental matchup, with AJ and Dash being the best athletes and Twilight being the best magic-user, and the other side having key special talents...namely, Rarity's eye for detail, Pinkie Pie's unpredictability, and Fluttershy's Berserk Mode. The idea is that it's actually a contest of strategy between the Princesses, and Luna would opt for a more physical, straightforward gameplan, while Celestia would try more of a technical/finesse strategy. But you're right, it does pretty much boil down to a tomboy vs. girly-girl matchup. |
