I think we've already seen what happens when Tebow has to play against a team that's actually good. I almost hope Denver does make it to the playoffs just so the whole nation can watch them get exposed and dismantled. |

The Broncos could have easily beaten the patriots had they not had that melt down in the 2nd Quarter. Tebow was beginning to find holes in the D late but the Patriots had already built up the lead and the the D couldn't cover the patriots Defense. |

I'm not denying besides the turnovers it wasn't that bad of a game for them save for Not covering Hernandez because if you can't cover Gronk or welker it's game over for you. Unless you can stand up for yourselves in a shootout and Lord knows there's only a few QB's in the league that can do that. |

The Pats really do pose a unique threat, Hernandez, Gronk, and Welker make it all but impossible to shut down the short gainers that keep drives alive.
That said, I'm rooting for Tebow, but he needs to learn to put up the 40 point games if he wants to hang with the Saints, Packers, and Pats. |

Rooting for the dude as well. But if the Secondary can get their act together he might not have to do that. But asking for 40 points from him at this point in his career is a bit much. |

I feel I should point out that the Patriots defense is dead last in the NFL in pass defense and total defense. Yes, even worse than that Vikings secondary that made Tebow look like Joe Montana.
Face it, Denver wins or loses because of its defense, which has been better than anyone expected it to be. But when that defense is up against competent offenses as opposed to rookies and backups, it has no hope of Tebow bailing it out. |
