Meadow Cottage should be an uncommon with those abilities. The rest of those cards should be rares, "Carousal boutique" and "Books and Branches Library" looks broken IMO. CB should add 2 colorless mana instead of three, and BaBL should allow you to draw only one card and put one card on top of your deck. |

book and branches is incredibly strong, have it be a scry 2 ability or something, more balanced that way. |

Meadow cottage should have a regenerate target creature effect like that one legendary land from Marcadian Masques block. |
