Applejack looks overpowered. I think Fluttershy and Twilight's CMC should be reduced by 1.

Fluttershy's fine, I think. Compare Gerrard Capashen. Applejack needs to be reworked, you're right. Twilight's card draw's pretty strong; -1 mana and only modify instants and sorceries might be better. Thoughts?

I haven't played Magic in two decades so I don't know the current balance, but in Revised, Twilight would be the crowning gem of a control deck.

Also, Rarity/Rainbow/Darksteel Colossus.

now these are made in the way I usually see people make their favorite characters into MTG cards, and that is to make them incredibly powerful.
I am not saying that the ideas are bad, non at all, its just that they are painfully overpowered for the most part.
RD should drop the final ability, AJ should be more of a 3GG or 2GGG with those abilities, and her mana bump ability should be some tapping ability.
Pinkie, she has no truly black ability to her, discard effects are found all over the colors, and the life-gain is a very white or green, but if anything she seem like she should be red, based of her personality (I wont hold it against you, she's a tough cookie to design MTG wise).
FS is nicely balanced, I would add an extra 1 to her tapping ability.
I dont know how powerful Rarity is, seeing ive never played any Artifact decks, so I wont say anything about her.
TS... she basically adds draw-card to all your spells, not bad... but why did you add hexproof?

I tried to avoid multicolor and formatting issues, but legends are normally supposed to be pretty strong.
>RD should drop the final ability,
RBD's element is loyalty; I hesitate to remove the brand effect.
>AJ should be more of a 3GG or 2GGG with those abilities, and her mana bump ability should be some tapping ability.
Changing to 4GG. Compare Ambush Commander and Azusa, Lost but Seeking.
>Pinkie, she has no truly black ability to her, discard effects are found all over the colors, and the life-gain is a very white or green, but if anything she seem like she should be red, based of her personality (I wont hold it against you, she's a tough cookie to design MTG wise).
All colors discard as a cost, but global repeated random discard is black.
>FS is nicely balanced, I would add an extra 1 to her tapping ability.
Will do.
>I dont know how powerful Rarity is, seeing ive never played any Artifact decks, so I wont say anything about her.
Relatively strong.
>TS... she basically adds draw-card to all your spells, not bad... but why did you add hexproof?
Her body is small; without hexproof she's really vulnerable to removal. Could be too strong though. Compare Frost Titan.

Ah yeah!, now I see why you gave RD that ability, didnt really think of that part.
How about letting TS, R and PP be a 2/2?

I also think PP should be red. If you really need a black card, Nightmare Moon would be best choice for that.

Don't take this as offensive, but...

Do you play MtG?

Also, "lands you control are you control"?

Oops, I didn't notice that typo. And PP is black; she's amoral. She just wants her friends and her to have a good time, without considering how she affects others.
