err, it's a thing going here in the Philippines. One of the universities has a statue, called the "Oblation". It's a nude statue, which also serves as the university's symbol. In that same university, there are fraternities there who perform initiations , but letting people streak nude xD |

^ Ha! My college does something similar to that. Except it's super informal, so instead of having a set date, it happens whenever people feel like doing it (which often means it takes people completely by surprise.) It's always done at night, though, so there's much less chance of little kids seeing it. Technically it's against the school rules, but no one ever gets in trouble. |
