That is something I have been curious about. Zecora traveled thousands of miles from her homeland, just to live in a forest filled with dangerous animals? Something's fishy about that. |

Most of the plant material she uses in her potions are found in the forest, at least that's what I think. |

thats what I think aswell too, she makes all kind of potions and whatnot, (sorta like a wicca earth bond brews, she uses the roots and different flowers/plants in the forest, and since the everfree forest is a "different" place, I guess what I think, one of a kind plants (like the joke flower) grows there, |

Plus, there was that whole thing where everyone ran and hid when she strolled into town. Perhaps when she first came to Ponyville, she couldn't get a house in town because nobody trusted her, so she moved to the forest? |
