I don't watch Doctor Who and even I know what David Tennant looks like. That ain't it.

We named Doctor Whooves so because of the resemblance of David Tennant's portrayal of Doctor Who. |

I want everypony to know this, Doctor Whooves isn't the same as Doctor Who he just looks similar (going off topic here) besides Doctor Whooves had an American accent not Scottish/British.(Back on topic here) So obviously when it comes to the face as a humanized version it would be different |

Just redo the shape of the head and put pinstripes on the suit and it would look close enough. |
