This is downright inspiring, actually? I already considered the possibility of Twilight Sparkle getting corrupted by the Nightmare Moon influence, but what if one of the other Mane Six was corrupted?
Pinkie Pie would turn Equestria into a giant circus, forcing ponies to dance and perform until they drop dead from exhaustion. Ponies would be forced to smile at all times. Applejack would enslave ponies to work on a farm that grows like an empire. Failure to produce a sufficient harvest would be punished brutally. Rarity would rule a corrupt, decadent aristocracy that ruthlessly persecutes ponies who don't meet her standard of beauty. Rainbow Dash would become a Blood Knight, constantly seeking out ponies strong enough to challenge her and fighting them to the death. Fluttershy, as seen above, would extend her influence over the beasts of Equestria to the point of mind control, unleashing a conquering army of dragons, manticores, cockatrices, etc., and using slave labor to care for them. |
