There wasn't a really Chancellor Puddinghead. The Mane Six obviously wrote their own roles and Puddinghead is clearly an invention of Pinkie Pie. |

There's no reason to assume Puddinghead or Hurricane were male. Pony society is generally matriarchal in modern times; why would that have been any different in the past? |
