(Fill bag with enough paperclips so it doesn't float up or sink down too fast, in order to traverse the distance. Works best indoors.) |

@Wheezie: put it up high enough that it won't hit anyone, use fishing-wire, connect the balloon with a small bit of clear straw and put a small electric fan (like a tiny computer fan) on it with a low-power battery, set it free to blow across the main hall |
