Anyone other then me find it odd for Gummy to have teeth, I mean it's his defining characteristic. |

^Gummy doesn't have teeth because he's a baby alligator. He'll get them when he grows up. |

Actually thay have a "egg tooth" to get out of the egg but it's not really a tooth, then they grow them, but Gummy in show is kind of big to still not have any. |

Gummy's teeth explained on the actual blog post:
"Hi! Pinkie Pie here! I bet you’re shocked to see how big Gummy has grown! It’s all thanks to Discord! He knows LOTS about reptiles! He is part one after all. All alligators are born toothless! Cool huh? But Gummy never grew his in. I thought it was because he was special, but it turns out cake and punch are a bad diet for gators! Who knew huh? I think it’s the best diet. Once I ate 6 slices of cake but I puked them up but I ate more and then I had punch and once I ate 7 slices actually 8. Anyway Discord started feeding him the right food and he had a growth spurt and finally got his teeth!!! He is less cranky now and doesn’t bite. I bite people sometimes but not because they gave me cake. Usually I’m being Gummy. I guess that makes no sense. Oh well! Gummy is happy and healthy now and I think that’s great! He is harder to carry now but he can guard Sugarcabe Corners at night. Ok bye!" |

I never asked for a reason for Gummy haveing teeth, I asked if anyone finds it for Gummy not to be "gummy" why did everyone go to why he does or why he doesn't have them. |
