That would be either Twilight or Rainbow Dash. :P I'll be working on a take 2. |

Rainbow Dash would be a good choice for Bauer, because she isn't afraid to use force. The fandom also beats and tortures her, just like Bauer is tortured on screen, but always gets up. Twilight would be Chloe and Applejack would be Dash's teammate when needed. Of course no-one would ever die in 24: MLP. |
