If you think about it, Rarity and Spike are a very good couple.The only problem pertains to spike's size. If he got any bigger then there might be some....complications, if you know what I mean. However, if it is true that if spike stays pure and doesn't give into his desire to hoard then he will stay the same size forever then they would both be fine. |

The only problem, Anon 445, is the age difference. Despite his intelligence, Spike is a child--the episode pointed that out rather bluntly. The only way he could gain Rarity's affections is to grow up. And growing up for dragons is a perilous task if they want to remain pure at heart and not give in to their natural greedy instincts. |
