I can't tell. The visor part of the helmet seems to be a moving part, so it's not a one-piece helmet. No protection for the face, so it isn't really Roman. Give me a moment to dig something up. |

If this is taking place in the "classical era" (Starswirl's student is a character and Starswirl was a pre-classical wizard) that puts this into the Greek-Roman time in Earth time, so those uniforms are quite fitting. |
