Still not sure what to think. The tail looks wrong. But it's an earth pony, and the hair/mane style looks about right. And the colours seem to be spot on.
Although we can't be sure until the 1080p ep gets released. |

^ Nah I dont think so, Octy's got more of a browny grey colour whereas this seems to be just grey. |

Nope, doesn't seem like it. Just checked and that pony's eyes are red. |
