Well, she's a Twinkle Eye pony. Oh, and the comic story behind those eyes isn't pleasant. According to the comic, they were enslaved by an evil wizard and forced to mine gems in dark caverns where their eyes atrophied and they went blind. Their vision was restored when some magical gemstones embedded themselves in their eyes. Since that comes from a comic it doesn't necessarily apply to the cartoon but it's the only explanation story we've got for the Twinkle-Eyed ponies. |
