Crank up the AA and AF. Those lines are painful to look at. |

This GTA SA, not Crysis, it doesn't have an option in the game's pause menu for Anisotropic Filtering (unless Mipmap settings count, which is actually blacked out and always on for my game). It does have an option for Anti Aliasing, though.
Then there is ENB series, but I think this installation only has pony skin mods installed |
