@Gitttonsxv [b]coherent.[b/] Maybe that's the wrong word actually, but I meant like a sentence with reasonably accurate grammar and syntax.
Might also want to include other developmental stuff like theory of mind in there, but then it might get too complicated to easily determine if a foal is old enuff. Best case: Scootaloo 13 (note: Scootaloo is clearly prepubescent or pubescent, and puberty for girls has been going down in age for a long time, puberty at 13 would be a bit late actually.), Dash 17 (definitely not an adult.) To me, Dash seems to be 13-15. Scootaloo is much harder to place, maybe 7-10. |

^^I take it you're talking about American law, since Equestrian law is unspecified on the matter and Hasbro is american-based.
In most states in America, the laws don't make any sense with regards to child perpetrators. Some hav exceptions for if the two are close in age and above 16. Usually the older one is charged. This is also why sexting is such a big deal. In a lot of states, if you're underage and you make porn of yourself, it's child porn and you're guilty of making and possessing (and in the case of sexting, distributing as well) child porn. There hav been cases where children had to register as sex offenders for sexting. Anon, Y U EXPECT AMERICAN LAW TO MAKE SENSE? |
